Change/Cancellation policy

A $100 deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking, this will be redeemable off total treatment cost on the day, however, if you attempt to cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours or do not show up to your appointment, the $100 will be kept as a cancellation fee. This is not redeemable as credit, this is a fee for not giving enough notice for us to fill your spot and our valuable time. Please give us as much notice as you can when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. PLEASE DO THIS VIA YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL. If you are outside of the cancellation window, you will have to text 0451 300 643.
